||Phytobioactives are powerful natural active ingredients. They are prepared according to specific processes. Their development requires high performance technologies such as supercritical CO2 extraction, enzymatic bio-purification or bioconversion. Phytobioactives give maximum concentration to the selected active constituents.
The cosmetic efficiency of Phytobioactives is guaranteed by in vitro and/or in vivo tests allowing us to validate their activity mechanisms and to justify their guidelines for dermocosmetic cares.
There are two kinds of Phytobioactives:
||• PHYTOBIOACTIVES from terrestrial or marine plants
Initially, the raw materials are selected for their very active original constituents. They are chosen for their biological activity shown by rigorous scientific experiments. For many years, Greentech has been using bio-informatic in order to develop these new actives following the same approach as the one used by the pharmaceutical industry, and has developed the transcriptomic study with DNA microarray including the whole human genome.
• PHYTOBIOACTIVES from biotechnology are produced from pure strains of microorganisms.
These actives are bioproduced under strict control and purified conditions by up-to-date technologies.
• Concentration of efficient and standardized extracts
Cosmelenes are a range of hydrosoluble plant actives scaled up by intraits formed by dry extracts, resulting from these same plants. The plants used appear in the traditional pharmacopoeia.
Their extraction solvents are either glycolic or glycerined solutions. Their concentration in titrated active ingredients are close to the ones of fresh plant. Activity indicative tests have been carried out « in vitro » and, for most of them « in vivo » tests on volunteers in order to check their efficiency.
• Activity for your oily phases to create a complete FORMULACTIVE
Lipactives are a range of natural liposoluble actives.
||The development and use of LIPACTIVES come from the creation of a new marketing and technical concept.
The aim is to allow formulator to optimize cosmetic formulation efficiency in order to increase biological activities of cosmetic formulation and to perfect formulas' texture and stability.
A synergy of activity is created by the presence of hydrosoluble active molecules in aqueous phase but also of liposoluble actives in oily phase. The extraction process is to allow to extract a high quantity of liposoluble compounds to propose a maximum of active molecules to formulators.
LIPACTIVES cosmetic efficiency takes a leaf out of the bibliography and is completed by in vitro and/or in vivo tests.
LIPACTIVES are incorporated into oily phases of emulsions. They can also be the main components of oily formulations such as body oils.
The product catalogue includes a very broad range of lipophilic products such as: 100% natural oils, vegetable butters, SOFT BUTTERS™, fatty acids, esters and derivatives, lipo amino acids...

GREENTECH offers a large range of EXFOLIATING POWDERS, from various sources, from soft to hard "texture", with a granulometry from 10 to 1,000 microns allowing an adaptive peeling activity of cosmetic formulations to various types of skin (greasy, combination, normal, sensitive, etc...) as well as to multiple body areas (face, body, feet). These EXFOLIATING POWDERS come from various origins:
Offering a wide variety of colors and textures to formulators.
They can be incorporated into various categories of cosmetic formulations (cream, gel, oil, paste, soap). Depending on their origin and concentration, exfoliation will be more or less vigorous.

From time immemorial , Nature, and more particularly plants, have been able to supply Man with all molecules he needs to maintain his form and well-being.
Biological activities can be due to native molecules which are naturally found in plants. Most of the time, these molecules are delicate and damaged by classical drying and extraction processes. In order to be free from biological cycle of plants when using fresh plants, new techniques were set up. However, using and maintaining cold is sometimes very difficult to succeed in front of the drastic measures of cold chain.
Some active principles disappear during thermal drying, while other molecules are damaged during extraction processes by solvents maceration. For these reasons, an innovative and patented technology has been developed, allowing us to get the best natural sap from plants. This patented technology is the Cryoextraction of fresh plants.
CRYOEXTRACTS are proposed through 2 ranges of high tech products for cosmetic industry:
• Medulats and Cryobuds, which is the liquid form of native sap from selected species

Skin is a complex system whose health depends on numerous complementary mechanisms. In order to obtain an optimal result for a specific cosmetic application, it is therefore important to act on several biological mechanisms and at various skin levels to develop a synergy of activities.
With that in mind, several COMPLEXES were developed in order to fit specific cosmetic applications. Each of these COMPLEXES associates selected plants or macroalgae according to the synergetic activities of their active compounds on various physiological target of cutaneous tissue.

GREENTECH offers a very large range of HYDROSOLUBLE EXTRACTS to choose from which are very easily formulable.
A wide variety of pure or mix solvents (propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerin, water, alcohol....) is proposed to formulators in order to meet specific requirements.
The hydroglycolic and hydroglycerined extracts are prepared by extraction with 5 to 20% of dry plants.
They are standardized in dry matter and/or biochemical activity and can be concentrated as required.
These titrated extracts are essential constituents for current natural dermocosmetic formulations. The list presented below is not exhaustive.

• Botanical extracts in oily version
GREENTECH has especially developed OILY EXTRACTS AND MACERATES to meet the specific needs of cosmetic formulators. Using a stable oily base (vegetable oils: caprylic/capryc triglyceride, sunflower, olive, almond, apricot, Incha inchi rich in omega-3 ...), these extracts have a three-fold interest:
• The presence of an active principle only extracted by lipophilic solvent
• Physico-chemical characteristics adapted to the formulation of some cosmetic products; such as body oils
• Synergy of actives in skin care formulation between oily phase and aqueous phase
• Organic certified

What is an organic plant ?
This is a plant coming from organic agriculture that totally excludes the use of :
• Chemical fertilizers
• No genetically modified plant.
How are organic extracts obtained ?
They are obtained following appropriate process which permit natural and biological extraction strictly respecting the organic contract conditions, strictly controlled by ECOCERT.
